However, this is extraordinarily difficult to do alone. Creating the right support system makes all the difference between adversity stunting us or expanding us.
Together we will discuss your creative project(s) and explore in depth, where and why you’ve been stuck. We will look at the barriers your subconscious has put in place to keep you “safe,” which are hindering you from moving forward into your fullest expression.
Additionally, I am a certified drug & alcohol counselor, nearing completion of my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University and always evolving my approach to best support my clients.
Lastly, as a creative myself, I’m able to understand the unique challenges (and gifts) inherent on the journey of being an artist.
